Great place for family vacations

The pools at this hotel were amazing my kids couldn't get enough of the slides they spent hours there every day. One day, while lounging by the pool, a staff member came by offering ice cold drinks which was a nice touch and really made us feel welcomed.

It wasn’t cheap but still reasonable for what we got.

The pool area is fantastic with incredible water slides, easy access to the beach, and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything clean throughout our stay.

The only downside was the tightness of the rooms which made it a bit cramped for our family. The dining times felt a bit crowded at peak hours.

Rooms feel cramped, particularly for families. there's not much room to maneuver, especially around the beds. Noise travels easily, with disturbances from neighboring rooms and hallways that might disrupt sleep. The shower design in our initial room led to drainage issues, although moving to a higher floor significantly improved our experience. the pool amenities have strict rules enforced by lifeguards, which can be a bit inconsistent and might deter some guests. The proximity of the lifts to the smoking lobby added to the noise levels, and we found ourselves taking the stairs often due to full lifts.

Would recommend for a stopover

Comfortable room, tasty food, the staff was friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience, the dining options offered a variety of meals that changed daily, and the pool area was equipped with fantastic water slides perfect for children.

Our time at Rosamar Garden Resort hit some highs and lows. The kids loved the pools, especially the slides. they spent hours having fun. The animation team kept them engaged, which gave us some downtime. We booked a suite for extra space, and it really helped, as the room felt clean and well-maintained. Dining options were generally good, with a nice variety of meals, although some dishes became repetitive over the week. One evening meal was particularly chaotic. long lines formed at the restaurant, and it got a bit frustrating. Free drinks at the poolside were a highlight, but it took too long to get served at times, especially when it was busy. A self-service drinks section would be a game changer. Although the hotel is just a short 3-minute stroll to the beach, the noise from nearby attractions was noticeable, especially at night. Our first room had some drainage issues, but thankfully, moving to a higher floor improved things significantly. Some areas of the hotel felt overcrowded during peak times, and we did encounter a few inconsistent rules regarding pool activities. Nonetheless, the friendly staff made efforts to ensure a pleasant experience, and we appreciated the late checkout given our travel schedule. it was a nice family holiday, but a few changes could make it even better.

Consider booking the room on a higher floor to avoid noise disturbances from the pool area and nearby attractions, ensuring a more peaceful stay.
